Help for partner businesses – Technicians, prices, jobs and billing

How partner businesses work with NODIKA – registration, technicians, prices, jobs, balance thresholds, referral links, internal jobs, phone channel and public profile.

This page was machine-translated from German. In case of doubt, the German version applies: Deutsch

As a partner, you bring your business onto NODIKA: you set up technicians, determine your prices and receive jobs from customers near you. This page explains the partner dashboard and everything that goes with it.

Registration and activation

  1. Open www.nodika.de/partner-werden and fill out the form – or go to www.nodika.de/login and choose "Partner or affiliate? Register here".
  2. Company name, email and password (at least 8 characters) are required. You can enter phone, address and tax number right away or add them later.
  3. Are you a sole trader who goes out on jobs yourself? Then tick "I'm a sole trader and do jobs myself" – you will then also be set up as a technician (see Self-employed mode).
  4. After registering, when you log in you initially only see "Your account is being reviewed". NODIKA checks your details manually and activates you. After that, the complete dashboard is open to you.

The review is about the Required documents (e.g. Business License, trade card). Upload them in the Documents tab as soon as you have access – this speeds up activation.

The partner dashboard

After logging in at www.nodika.de/partner you see a bar with tabs at the top:

Documents Upload required documents and see their review status
Internal jobs Assign jobs directly to your technicians
Phone channel Connect an AI phone agent to NODIKA

Help videos Nine short videos explaining the dashboard step by step

Overview

At the very top is your Balance from cash payments (more on this under Balance and thresholds).

Below that are eight key figure cards: Total jobs, Active, Completed, Cancelled, Revenue, Your share, Technicians (with number online) and Pending.

The quick links lead to Manage technicians, Manage prices, Orders, Account statement, Payment methods and Notes.

Manage technicians

Under Manage technicians (www.nodika.de/partner/monteurs) you set up your people and keep track of them.

Adding a technician: first name, last name, email, phone and an initial password. With Send login details you send the technician an email with login and a link to the app – you can repeat this at any time, for example if they have forgotten their password.

For each technician you see:

  • the current status (Online, Offline, On a job, Away),
  • an optional profile photo (customers see it during selection – a friendly photo significantly increases acceptance),
  • the assigned services,
  • whether they may exceed your kilometre limit (see prices).

You can pause technicians (they get no jobs, access remains), activate them again or delete them.

Technicians cannot register themselves and cannot reset their password via "Forgot password" – that goes through you.

Manage prices

Under Manage prices (www.nodika.de/partner/service-prices) you set for each service:

Setting Meaning
Base fee (€) Your service price for the service
Per-km rate (€/km) Travel costs per kilometre that the customer pays in addition
Max. range (km) Up to what distance your technicians are offered ("No limit" possible)
Desired net (range) Guideline for what should reach you net

The prices apply to all your technicians. For some services, NODIKA specifies price ranges within which you must stay – the range is shown to you when entering prices.

Price grid: For finer graduations (e.g. by time of day or distance) you can edit a price grid for each service.

Add-on prices: For services with additional options (e.g. a new lock cylinder for a locked door) you enter a fixed price or a price range. Without a price, the additional option is not shown to the customer.

In the end the customer sees: your service price + travel + chosen additional options = total price.

Jobs

Under Orders (www.nodika.de/partner/orders) you see all your technicians' jobs with status, customer, service, price and time. Each job has a detail page with history, chat log and payment status.

Jobs come about in three ways:

  • A customer orders on nodika.de or via the widget on your website and chooses your technician.
  • Your technician enters a customer on site themselves ("+ Enter Order" in their app).
  • You create an internal job (see below).

Finances

Balance and account status

Customers pay the technician in cash. Your business keeps the money, and NODIKA books the agreed service fee per job to your NODIKA account. This creates an outstanding amount that you settle regularly – by bank transfer or automatic debit via the stored payment method.

Credits (e.g. affiliate commissions when a customer ordered from another business via your referral link) are offset against it.

Balance and thresholds

Your balance is shown in colour so that you can react in time:

Balance Display What it means
€0 or in credit Green Nothing outstanding
down to −€50 Orange Small amount owed from cash payments
−€50 to −€150 Yellow Please settle soon
−€150 to −€200 Red Critical – suspension imminent
below −€200 Dark red Account suspended. All your technicians are automatically set offline and receive no more jobs until the amount is settled. If a payment method is stored, NODIKA triggers an automatic debit.

The limit of −€200 is the default value; NODIKA can adjust it individually for your business. The current thresholds are always shown in the Finances tab.

Account suspended – what to do? Transfer the amount or store a payment method and have it debited. As soon as the balance is above the limit again, your technicians can set themselves online again.

Request payout

If you have a credit balance (e.g. from commissions), you can request it in the Finances tab with Request payout: enter the amount and indicate your preferred frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) as a note. NODIKA processes payouts manually; you see the status (Pending / Paid out) and the transfer reference in the list below.

Transaction history and account statement

Every movement can be traced as a transaction – with filters by status and period:

Transaction type Meaning
Service fee Fee for a job with your own technician (debit)
Commission credit A customer ordered via your referral link (credit)
Payout Credit balance was transferred to you
Reversal Reversal of a fee after cancellation
Manual adjustment Adjustment by NODIKA, e.g. after a complaint
Settlement Offsetting of a billing period

Each transaction has a status (Open, Settled, Paid, Failed, Cancelled). Under Account statement you get documents (invoice, credit note, settlement statement) as PDF.

Payment methods

Under Payment methods you store an account for automatic settlement. This prevents your account from being suspended because of a forgotten amount.

With referral links you direct your own customers – from your website, ads or business cards – to NODIKA, exactly the way you want:

Type Who is offered to the customer What for
Option A – Exclusive Only your own technicians. If none is online, the customer is not offered anyone else. You want to serve your customers exclusively yourself. Billing via service fee.
Option B – Hybrid Your technicians first. If none is available, all NODIKA technicians. You want to prefer your own people but not lose any customer. You receive a commission for other businesses' technicians.
Option C – Marketplace All available NODIKA technicians, sorted by distance. You only refer and earn a commission on every booking.

With Hybrid you can activate "Show fallback transparently" – the customer then sees a notice when they are passed on to another business. Without this option, they don't notice the switch.

Optionally, you set a category so that the customer lands directly in the right form.

For each link you can: Copy, Embed (ready-made code for an order form directly on your website – it automatically adapts to the page width), Deactivate/Activate and Delete.

Your specific terms – service fee, platform commission and affiliate commission – are in the Info & terms tab, together with sample calculations for the various options.

Documents

In the Documents tab you see which required documents NODIKA needs from you (e.g. Business License, trade card). PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP are allowed. After uploading, the document is Under review; NODIKA sets it to Approved or Declined (with a reason – then simply upload it again). Open documents are shown as a number on the tab.

Internal jobs

Not every job comes via nodika.de. With internal jobs you assign work directly to your technicians – regular customers, scheduled installations, company trips:

  1. Internal jobs tab → New order.
  2. Choose a technician (you see who is online and how far away), enter service, address, time window and a description.
  3. The technician receives a push notification and can accept or decline. If they decline, you can choose another one.
  4. After that, the job runs as usual: En route → On site → Done.

On the overview you see monthly statistics (total, done, open, declined) and your most active technicians.

Phone channel with AI

Many customers prefer calling to ordering online. Via the phone channel you connect an AI phone agent (e.g. sipgate AI or another system that supports the MCP protocol) to NODIKA. During the call, the AI queries live which of your technicians are available, states price and arrival time and creates the job directly in NODIKA – your technician receives it in the app like any other.

You decide whom the AI offers: only your own technicians, Hybrid (your own first, otherwise all – recommended) or all technicians. After activation you receive an access key for your phone system and step-by-step instructions directly in the tab. Never pass the key on; you can regenerate it at any time.

Public profile

Every activated partner gets an entry in the NODIKA partner directory with their own profile page: logo, description, services offered, reviews and a booking form through which customers order directly from you. In the Public profile tab you maintain logo, text and visibility.

Self-employed mode

Are you a sole trader without a team? Then activate yourself as a technician in the Overview tab with Activate as technician (first name, last name, phone). After that you can go online in the technician app with the same account and accept jobs. You can deactivate this at any time – except while a job is in progress.

Notes

Under Notes you create texts that you share with your technicians – access codes, notes about regular customers, checklists. Technicians see them in their app.

Frequently asked questions from partners

Why are all my technicians suddenly offline? Almost always: your balance has fallen below the suspension limit. Check the Finances tab and settle the amount – after that, the technicians can set themselves online again.

My technician isn't getting any jobs. Check one by one: Are they online and is the connection up? Have they granted location permission? Are services assigned to them and do these have a price? Is the customer within the maximum range? Do they already have two active jobs?

How long does activation take? NODIKA checks registrations manually, usually within a few working days. Upload the required documents right away – that speeds it up.

Can I set different prices per technician? No, prices apply per business and service. However, you can control per technician which services they offer and whether they may exceed your kilometre limit.

What does NODIKA cost me? Your terms are in the Info & terms tab: a fixed service fee per job with your own technician, a platform commission when another business serves your customer, and a credit when a customer orders via your referral link. NODIKA adds nothing on top for end customers.

How do I embed the order form on my website? Referral links tab → on a link, tap Embed → copy the code and paste it into your page. Orders via this form count as orders via your link.
